Olanta Creative Arts and Science and Magnet School
We will celebrate Red Ribbon Week from October 29th through November 2nd.
Our theme is “Real Heroes Don’t Do Drugs.”
We are encouraging all students and staff to please participate in the daily activities.
Activities are as follows:
Monday October 29th
All classes will sign the pledge banner. Please wear crazy or mismatched socks as we sock it to drugs!
Tuesday October 30th
“ Don’t Let Drugs Make You Blue” wear blue remembrance of the fallen officers Farrah Turner and Terrence Carroway. Students will receive wrist bands.
Wednesday October 31
“Shade Out Drugs” wear sunglasses and as much red as you can. Students will receive pencils.
Thursday November 1st
“Put a Cap on Drugs” and wear a hat to school.
Friday November 2nd
“Be a Hero” wear a superhero shirt to show you are drug free.
